3. What kind of photos work best?

For best results:

  • Clear faces (not blurry or heavily filtered)

  • Good lighting

  • High-resolution images
    Old or low-quality photos can still be used, but the final print will reflect the original image quality.

4. Will I receive a preview before printing?

Preview designs are only provided if you select the “Print Preview” option in the product variants at checkout.

If this option is not selected, the design will be finalized and sent to production without a preview to ensure faster processing.

5. Can I make changes after ordering?

Minor text changes may be possible within 12 hours after purchase.
Once the design is finalized or printing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer accepted.

6. How long does production take?

  • Production time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (US average)

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because this is a custom-made item, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size chosen

  • Design preference changes

  • Typos approved by the customer

We do accept replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The wrong item or size was sent

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

8. Will the print crack or fade?

Our tees are made with soft, durable fabric and high-quality printing designed to last.
To extend the life of your tee:

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold wash only

  • Avoid high heat drying

9. Are these designs officially licensed?

Our designs are custom fan-style artwork created upon request.
They are not official merchandise and are intended for personal use only.
