1. What is a custom photo tee?
A custom photo tee is a vintage-inspired shirt created from the photos, names, dates, or themes you provide. Each design is made uniquely for you and may include intentional retro effects such as grain, fade, or distressed texture.

2. How do I place a custom order?
Choose your product options, upload your photo (if required), and enter your custom text before checkout. If you have a special request, leave a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.

3. What kind of photos work best?
For the best results, use photos with:

• Clear faces (not blurry or heavily filtered)
• Good lighting
• High resolution
  Older or lower-quality photos can still be used, but the final print will reflect the quality of the original image.

4. Will I receive a preview before printing?
A preview is provided only if you select the "Print Preview" option in the product variants at checkout. If this option is not selected, your design is finalized and sent to production without a preview to keep processing fast.

5. Can I make changes after ordering?
Minor text changes may be possible within 12 hours of purchase. Once the design is finalized or printing has begun, changes and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

6. How long does handling and shipping take?

• Handling time: 1–3 business days (each item is custom-made)
• Standard shipping: 4–6 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days
  Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a wrong size chosen by the customer, a change of design preference, or typos approved at checkout.
We do offer a free replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or the wrong item/size was sent. Please contact support@favcus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Will the print crack or fade?
Our tees use soft, durable fabric and high-quality printing built to last. To keep your tee looking its best:

• Wash inside out
• Use cold water only
• Avoid high-heat drying

9. Are your products officially licensed or affiliated with any brand?
No. Favcus creates personalized items based only on the photos, names, and text you provide. We are an independent custom-print brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any brand, team, artist, or company. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any image or content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.

10. Can I order for gifts or special occasions?
Absolutely! Custom photo tees are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, memorials, and other special moments. If you need it by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

11. My tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?
Please:

• Check your mailbox and the surrounding area
• Ask neighbors, family, or building management
• Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
