How big is it?

There are two sizes, measured from head to toe: 18 in (45 cm) tall and 24 in (60 cm) tall. The 18 in cow weighs about 10 oz (280 g) and the 24 in cow about 21 oz (600 g).

What is it made of?

Premium faux-mink plush fabric on the outside (ultra-soft and shedding-resistant) and 3D hollow PP cotton filling on the inside, so it stays squishy and keeps its shape.

Who is it for?

It is designed for teens and adults, ages 14 and up. It is not intended for babies or young children.

Why does it look a little flat when it arrives?

Your cow travels in a protective bag, so it can look a little squished when it arrives. Give it a good shake and fluff the fur with your hands, and it will be back to full size within a day.

How do I clean it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. Brush the fur gently to fluff it back up. We do not recommend the washing machine or dryer.

How long does shipping take?

If your cow arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email support@favcus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a refund. See the full refund policy for details.
