At Favcus, each item is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing selection, design preference changes, or change of mind.

That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.


❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Changes in design preference after production

  • Minor color variations due to screen or digital printing differences

Please review the size chart, color chart, and photo guide carefully before placing your order.


✅ Eligible for Return or Refund

We will gladly assist if your order arrives with a verified issue, such as:

  • Wrong size sent (different from what was ordered)

  • Incorrect item or design

  • Damaged, torn, or stained items upon arrival

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Favcus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
